- Custom or non-standard integrations (e.g., custom APIs, advanced plugin modifications, complex payment setups) fall outside the plan scope and are billed separately at our hourly rate. Support for third-party platforms not listed in the standard integrations above is not included in any plan.
- Related tasks may be consolidated and evaluated as one request based on total required time.
- Need more than your included hours? We'll notify you in advance, provide a quote, and only proceed upon your written approval. Additional time is billed in 30-minute increments.
