Every day, he draws on his background in software engineering and process development to build the foundation for Legend's platform. A degree in physics led Kedrick on an unconventional path to software engineering in the '90s. Just a few years into the business, Kedrick met his wife, Addie, a Cincinnati-based PR and marketing professional. Soon after they married, Addie left her career to join Kedrick's team at Legend as employee #4. Over the past 25 years, Kedrick and Addie have worked alongside an amazing team of developers, designers, managers, and creatives. Together, they've built Legend into a firm that recently debuted at No. 25 on the Cincinnati Business Courier's annual ranking of the region's largest advertising and marketing firms.
When Kedrick's not writing software, organizing a business process or guiding the Legend team, you'll probably find him in the garden or tending his animals on the farm with Addie and their kids.

Cody Hale is the Digital Solutions Director for Legend. In his role, he interfaces with clients to understand their specific needs and delegates tasks to the talented web development team. His favorite part of the job is engaging with clients to identify their needs while balancing best practices for site models and SEO.
A proud Cincinnati native, Cody graduated from Clinton Massie High School in 2010 and went on to attend Sinclair Community College. During college, he had the opportunity to play music full-time, an experience he thoroughly enjoyed. Professionally, Cody gained extensive experience in e-commerce and web development.
Outside of work, he still nurtures his passion for music, playing regularly with friends and occasionally performing at shows around the Midwest. He also enjoys hiking expeditions with his son and has a love for cooking, books, movies, vinyl records, and video games.
